SMART CLAMPS

Yes, the multidiameter clamp Abranyl® ABT allows the pipe to expand and contract freely. Due to our patented closing system, the pipes are not secured with a screw and nut, and therefore allows for movement. The ABT is also made from a modified nylon that is more flexible compared to materials such as PVC, performing well against temperature changes.

Our ABT has also been KIWA certified for plastic water pipes, tested at 194°F (+90°C).

After pushing your pipe inside the smart clamp, you will hear a snapping noise and the dented closing of the clamp will remain closed.

All references use the outside diameter of the pipe. Just measure the outside diameter of your pipe, tube or conduit and select the smart clamp reference that fits your pipe size. You can find measurements in our leaflet or product pages.

Our UL rated Smart Clamps are made of highly- technical nylon, ensuring a safe installation of electrical pipes and conduits. They have a high load capacity of up to 370 lbs, enough to hold any type of electrical pipes or conduits.

However, each clamp size has its own capacity, and these can be found in the spec sheets of each clamp.

The Smart Clamp range is compatible with most gas nailers available, although for the best performance and effortless installation we recommend using the powerful, lightweight and ergonomic FORCE ONE+.

The Smart Clamps are made of Nylon PA6, and can often be used where stainless steel is required. A full list of the properties of the clamps can be found in our leaflet.

All UL certificates and other technical documents can be found in our download center.

Yes, the Smart Clamp can securely be installed outdoors and its performance is guaranteed during its lifecycle. The SSC, STC, and ABT are approved with UV certificates which be downloaded here.

Our clamps have been tested following the ISO4892 norm. If you need more details, please contact us at info.us@celofixings.com

Our patented system guarantees a secure and resistant locking of cable, conduits, and pipes. Just ensure you push the conduit into the clamp, hearing its unique snap sound, and you'll be set.

We recommend seeing the strong clamping power for yourself. Get your FREE trial kit here.

Yes, our clamps are UL 2043 certified as indicated in the file E480214 and the UL 2043 norm (Fire Test for Heat and Visible Smoke Release for Discrete Products and Their Accessories Installed in Air-Handling Spaces).

The norm confirms that our clamps are suitable for use in Air-Handling Spaces in accordance with Section 300.22(C) and (D) of the NEC" for devices constructed of polymeric materials. Get an extract of the E480214 file here.

CONCRETE SCREWS

A hammer drill is recommended when drilling into concrete as the hammering motion helps break down the concrete while the drill rotation creates the hole.

Concrete screws can also be called concrete anchors, concrete fasteners, or by the brand name Tapcon screws.

Concrete screws are a quick and easy way of fastening to concrete, they do not require hammering like other fasteners. All you need to do is drill a hole, clean it out, and drive in the screw, which we recommend doing with an impact wrench.

The drill hole depth and diameter will depend on the size of the concrete screw being used. Please make sure to consult the technical data sheet for your specific screw.

All concrete screws can be removed if necessary, making them perfect for when a project changes and fixtures need to be moved.

No, concrete screws are screwed directly into the pre-drilled hole.

If you still have any questions, please contact us, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
