  • Established a clear governance structure with ultimate ESG oversight at the Corporate Board and targeted implementation by the ESG Committee.
  • Group-wide anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies with secure whistleblowing channels and protection for those reporting irregularities.
  • Established a Quality Manual and Purchasing & Subcontracting Policy to guide the selection and evaluation of suppliers.
  • 90% of certified suppliers.
  • Integrated internal communication system ensures accessibility of governance information for all employees.
  • Routine supplier audits and transparent reporting across Europe, Asia, and America.

Roadmap

Transparent ESG Communication to stakeholders (by Q1 2026):

Regular external ESG reporting keeps stakeholders informed about our strategy and progress towards recognized KPIs, enhancing accountability. Performance is evaluated via global platforms such as EcoVadis for objective benchmarking within our industry.

A quarterly internal reporting model and a standardized evaluation system for suppliers ensure consistent monitoring of ESG performance. Annual consolidation of management KPIs drives informed strategy and stakeholder communication.

Review and Strengthen Governance and Compliance Model (by Q4 2026):

The ESG Action Plan will be revised by the end of 2026. We will formalize general governance and compliance policies and ESG Codes of Conduct at the Group level, including a response plan that outlines procedures for addressing and rectifying policy violations.
